Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For any questions on shipping, contact customerservice@astulafera.com
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Items damaged in transit or with defects will need to follow return steps for a full refund. To qualify for returns on items that are not damaged, item(s) need to be in original packaging and unopened. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price. A $30.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Furniture is subject to a restocking fee if returned, plus applicable taxes. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. For details about the restocking fee for a specific item, please visit the product page. Exchanged orders may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

Return Exchange + Refund Process
1. Send an email to customerservice@astularfera.com with a short explanation and images of item(s)
2. If the item(s) qualify for a return, a return label will be sent.
3. Follow return package instructions and have the package picked up or dropped off at a location near you.
4. Once the item is received and inspected by us, a refund will be processed. A refund will be provided in the following business days after the item is received.
